Facts about rape culture.

Let’s talk about rape culture.

Is there a rape culture? Or rape is overrated?

If one pays enough attention and analyzes the data of rape they will understand that there is a lot of data manipulation, media narrative, and legal technicalities involved in that.

Besides, there's a lot of hysteria around rape created by feminists all over the world.
But let's try to evaluate the issue from a logical and data perspective.

Feminists always try to push in the idea of rape culture, so What’s culture?

Culture: The customs, ideas, beliefs, etc Of a particular society, country, etc.
So are there any customs or beliefs anywhere in the world that promote rape?

No, whatever incidents that feminists and media bring out to prove their claim of rape culture is either individual acts of crimes or by any terrorist/ anti-social groups.

Even in such cases male family members of those females are brutally tortured and murdered because they usually try to save the dignity of their women. So it is clear that no culture promotes rape.
Media manipulation: - whenever a rape case or rather a rape allegation comes out, every media house, news portal, social media influences - everyone together creates hype around it that it seems, it’s not about one case but 100 or 1000 cases.

The jurisprudence says,
innocent until proven guilty.
But right from the beginning all of the entities mentioned above start declaring the accused as a convict. No one gives a damn about the merits of that case.

Here comes the stereotypical belief of society that whenever a woman says she was raped she is not lying.

Plenty of rape cases are proved to be false and most of them end up in acquittal but by then all of them have ensured that the accused person's life becomes a living hell.

Data manipulation:-

Here comes a critical part where data is being manipulated by the same entities which I mentioned earlier.

The most common argument that you will hear from them is acquittal doesn’t mean the case was fake. To prove a case false in court, the accused party needs to provide substantial evidence that proves not just his innocence but the case is false.

Let’s take an example,

A and B know each other for a while and started dating recently. So one night when they were hanging out in the bar after a few drinks they decided to have sex and they did it.

The next morning A starts regretting that & went on to file a rape case on B. So is there any chance B can submit any substantial evidence in court to prove his innocence and the case being false?

There is another point here which is about consent.

The reason why feminists and women in general love to give lectures on consent is because it only benefits them. A woman can grant or revoke consent anytime according to her convenience, so this becomes an excellent tool of extortion against men.

But nobody gives a damn about the consent of a man. In most countries, male rapes are not even recognized so the question of consent isn't even in the picture.
And if I go by the standard definition of Rape, then almost every woman can be implicated in a rape case.
Now let’s take another example based on data.
let's talk about the country of my origin.

85392(A) cases of sexual assault were reported in 2020 as per the data of the National Crimes Record Bureau in India.

Now the approximate population of India is around 1.2 billion.
So let’s take half(0.6) of that as males(B) and half as females(C ).
Now find out, what percentage of women are affected by that.
Formula:- (A÷C)×100

(85392 ÷ 0.06)×100
              =0.014℅

Without going into the merits of the case if I consider all that cases to be true and consider all the accused as males the only 0.014% of women are affected by that and 0.014% of men are committing those crimes.
This calculation applies to every nation.

Now feminists will say 50-80% of sexual assaults are not reported.
Okay then multiply the number of crimes reported by 10 and do the same calculation. The answer will be 0.14% hence not fit for generalization.

Then feminists will say 100℅ of those accused are men so men are the problem. No men are not the problem.

Such statements come from the deep-rooted misandry in them which only looks for reasons to hate men.

Conclusion
There's neither rape culture nor any systematic oppression of women. A lot of lies are being sold to the ordinary public. So don't get over-hyped, treat every case based on merit.
