We all know the current situation of our country and any parts of the world where the law is Gender Biased and Men are suffering for the cause which they haven't even thought of. The situation is so worst that more than 1.5 lacs Men commit suicide alone in India due to false rape and dowry cases. If we talk about numbers there are 52 laws in total for women protection and 0 for the protection of Men. This shows how vulnerable a Man is in today's life.
Lawyers, a person, a counselor whose duty is to counsel the complainant or the Accused and try to solve the matrimonial and domestic issues before it reaches the court by conducting multiple counseling sessions for both the parties. This act will not only save time but will also help in restoring happy matrimonial life. However, it's happening the other way round. In maximum cases, we found that an advocate misleads his client stating that if she files such cases her husband will surely bend down and will offer lacs of rupees to withdraw a case.
The legal system has completely become a primary source of income for greedy women who believe in lodging false cases and try to extort money from their husbands or strangers man. The Legal support system has completely fallen in front of Feminists and their agendas. The belief that "ladki hai to search hi bol rahi hogi" has negatively affected our society and law. This thought has been proved and is being proved false every day. However, still, there is no accountability and responsibility for women.
Recently we came across an incident where an advocate kidnapped his client over nonpayment of fees. In the system where only money speaks how can one even think of getting justice? Is this how our society attain a level of stability?
