DNA Test – A Scientific way to prove a relation. Majorly used to create/produce as evidence in Court.
A woman, who is basically known as a Homemaker, destroys a family by filing false case against her husband and in-laws. Many a times a false rape case is filed against male members of the family and the most vulnerable and effected are the children of the family.
After removal of section 497 it is very difficult to find the real father of a child for obvious reasons. DNA test is one such means which may prove and showcase the reality in front of Court. Also, it may help in finding the illegal relationship between two individuals. However, it is unfortunate to see that there are educated people in society who believe DNA Test should not be conducted and TRUST may be the evidence to prove the relation.

After decriminalization of Adultery, we see many instances where a woman is involved with multiple sex partners “It’s HER CHOICE”. However, this is not only destroying a family but our culture and tradition too. From a legal point of view, one may seek divorce though, but what about the child from existing marriage? Is he/she getting fairly treated? To get custody one must know about the real father, if they say TRUST is going to work here, then surely injustice will be served to all the people involved including the child.
